When you send an enquiry, the website may collect your name, phone number, email address, Eircode, property type, selected service, preferred availability, job description, boiler make/model, fault code, privacy-notice acknowledgement, submission time and source page.
Please do not send financial details, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive data through the form.
3. Why the information is used
Information is used to review and respond to your request, arrange an appointment or survey, prepare a quotation, keep a service record, protect the form from abuse and meet legal or accounting requirements. The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests in running and securing the service.
The enquiry form does not add you to a marketing list. Any optional future marketing consent must be requested separately.
